- Once you place an order, our production process begins within 24 hours. Unfortunately, once a doll is in production, it cannot be canceled.
- If you need to cancel your order, please do so within the first 24 hours after placing it.
- Refund Policy:
- We offer partial refunds based on the time elapsed since your order:
- Within 4 hours: 93% refund
- Within 24 hours: 80% refund
- Please note that orders with custom options added are non-refundable.
- Shipping Information:
- Ensure that the shipping details you provide are accurate. Undeliverable orders will incur a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.
- Quality Assurance:

- If your custom dolls has any defects upon delivery and has not been used, you can arrange for a return within 24 hours of receiving it. However, return shipping costs are not covered.
- Self-Inflicted Damages:
